Board and Barrel is one of Downtown Naperville's newer restaurants. It offers a great blend of good made-from-scratch food, craft beers and live music. It is a Nashville-style country folk bar/restaurant with a great selection of food and drinks.
I tried (and recommend) their most popular dish, the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. It's crispy fried chicken, tossed in hot sauce to give it that just right kick of spice. The Cowboy Chicken Sandwich, topped with onion rings and drizzled in bbq sauce was also great.
This restaurant has lots of fun things to offer. They have open mic nights on Tuesdays and a full calendar of live events, "burgers of the month" and much more. It's definitely worth checking out.
